From the date our company supply’s any of our products we will place a 12 month warranty on the construction only, exception being wooden products which will be a 6 months warranty.

From the date our company installs your products we will place a 12 month warranty on the installation and the paint finish.

All non galvanized product supplied / installed will receive a 12 month warranty on construction and installation only (Not including painting finishing).

All automation, access controls & garage door products that have been supplied by our company will receive a 12 month manufactures warranty on all parts.

All automation, access control & garage door products installed by our company, we will place a 12 month warranty on the installation.

When products are collection only, our company will not be liable for damage in transit.

Our company accepts no liability for damages occurring through accident / vandalism, or customers neglect.

On ordering from our company a 25% deposit will be requested, this will confirm your order. (This applies to manufacture & installation product only).

On collection only products from our company we will request a 50% deposit to confirm your order, balance to be paid with cleared funds into the account supplied 48 hours before collection. Please note if the balance is not paid in full goods will not be released.

All deposits are non refundable.

On the completion date the final balance of the payment will be requested by us & therefore must be paid on that day to the engineer on site once you, the customer has checked & is totally satisfied with the work undertaken. Unless terms otherwise agreed.

All products remain the property of Ironage Designs until receipt of final payment.

If a problem occurs in the warranty period, contact our company and a engineer will be sent to your location at a convenient time to this company & yourselves.

If any person other than a Ironage Designs engineer alters or repairs any products supplied or installed or both by ourselves, during the warranty period, this will terminate your warranty.

If a problem occurs after the warranty period, contact our company & we will send out an engineer within 48 hrs.

If ordering through the internet this company works on a proforma invoice bases, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note:- If you prolong the work you wish to be undertaken for more than 4 months, after the deposit has been paid, we cannot guarantee the existing quotation due to price increases from our suppliers.
